Accidentally clicked no on new patch download

A week ago or something there was a new message says there's a new patch to the game to download and I accidentally clicked no and now I have no idea how to download the new patch. I tried to look for an answer here but I couldn't found a similar problem, what can I do?

P.S.

My game started freezing every few seconds for a few seconds and I searched this problem here and it says that it could be because of not updating patches and it kind of make sense because it started like a week ago. So this is also a question- does the game freezes because of this?

You should be able to update from the Update tab in your launcher.
