your items you bought log into your the sims 3 account-mystore account-purchase history redownload your items and install them don't downolad andinstall all at once  start with the bigger items if have worlds , then sets ,then smaller single iems , if you uploads lik ehouse or sims check your my studio fo rthose if they were form other peoples creations you'll have to search for those but if thos epeople are on your friends list then go check out their my studio to download and install those
