5 bugs: no icons in townview, losing familyfunds, locked item in sim's backpack

OK, I have few serious and annoying bugs:

1. I can't see icons in townview.

2. I have bass in sim's inventory, but he can't use, move, or sell it

3. I have lost cars while moving from flat to house.

4. I lose family funds on certain actions, such as on finishing "work in home", or starting playing a comissioned concert.

5. Best friends suddenly becoming old enemies.

I installed from Origin and play through Origin, I own original DVDs, I did not install it from DVD, because unrecoverable CRC errors..., I have no illegal DLC, or mods.

EPs: Hi-end loft, late night and inactive pets.

Sounds like a corrupted save game.

Would you mind trying a mod ?

Do you maybe have a backup you can try ?
