2020 Gallery Items Won't Show (red crosses)

23rd June 2020 | SINCE RECENT "ECO LIVING" PATCH Version 2, The Gallery Items do not appear.  I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING! PLS HELP! The Gallery Items do not appear after buffering, only Red Crosses.  The Default Items (Houses by Maxis) are the only items that appear.  I may see one/two gallery items show up but majority have big red cross over these.  I've tried the following; 

• Restarted my PC 
• Removed CC 
• Removed Cache Folder
• Removed the entire "THe Sims 4" Folder and Played the Game - still no luck
• Repaired the Game
• Updated Origin
• Updated with Recent Patch 
• Turned Off Fire wall. 

I'm out of ideas, someone please help!

Temporarily disable any antivirus/antimalware software and check if that has an effect on your issue.

NOPE Still Doesnt Work!  Why would this be a anti-virus issue if we never had this problem with the Gallery before?  Can you please fix this? I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue. It occurred after the second patch for eco-living.

@emmyftw I have the same issue, uninstalled my game and all and it still didn’t work, I’ve done all that you’ve done and nothing. Mine didn’t start until I updated for the new game pack.
