2 hardrive formats, and still no launch?!

First of NO i did not reformat my hardrive to play this damn game, but I been having issues with other things that are all fixed now. Prior to each format, i did install the sims 4 and I have the problem where it does not launch at all! As in you click the game and you get the loading cursor and it doesnt open. if 2 formats dont work then EA needs to stop telling us how to fix it and fix it up on your end.

When you reinstalled Windows did you download your Graphics Card drivers directly from the maker (Intel, AMD, nVidia)?

No errors?  It just never opens?

If you push Ctl+Alt+Del do you see it running in the processes tab?

If you get a windows error box, try checking here:

Start -> type "Reliability" -> View Reliability History -> Find Crash -> Right Click -> View Technical Details

Post results if there is any sims4 crashes listed
