06-02-2016 Patch Issue - Recent Purchases/Actions "Reversed"

Just downloaded today's patch. My person was on her lot and purchased a tent. Replenished her energy and ate some food. Went to the gym and her recent purchases and actions seemed to reverse, or undo themselves. She was no longer full and her energy was low. Returned to the lot and her tent was no longer there. Items in her inventory were also different. I think it reverted to the settings that I had the last time I went on the gym lot? Anyone else see this bug?
