why will my mac not run the sims 4

hello!

i need help for the sims 4 my mac have origin but it just keep saying that it is prepares.

what do i do i cant not get it on my macbook i have all the room it need to run but it not do it.

Then restart your computer, and try downloading again.

@Cleamusen , what version of the Mac OS are you currently running? If you are running Mojave, you need to make sure that Origin In Game is turned off. If this does not solve your problem, I have attached a link below to the most common issues Mac users experience with Origin (either downloading and installing it or getting it to run).
