-unsloved- Sims 4 Won't Launch After Update [ Edited ]

So after updating the Sims 4, the play button was shadowed out, after looking at the Mac Help Forum, it told me to delete one of the files which I did, now it says "Install" and still won't work.

Edit: PLEASE don't say that my files got corrupted, this happened maybe a year ago and I lost all my saves including everything in my gallery. I cannot afford to lose my saves again, I know it's just a game and all but I'll be very upset.

Edit 2: I took out all my CC and it still won't launch.
