unable to open sims 4 due to video card?

★ Apprentice

Hi there!

Sorry to bother but I trying to open my game on offline mode and when it was starting up, I got a pop-up saying that my video card does not meet the minimum requirements and I needed to make sure the latest drivers were installed. I have no idea why it is saying this because 30 mins before I was playing the game and everything was normal. Any help is appreciated! Thank you in advance!

@Bluebellflora

Operating System: Mojave 10.14.6

Mac model: MacBook Air 13-inch, 2017

Processor: 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7

Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB

Are you attempting to play the normal version of the game or the Legacy Edition? The normal version

Are you running any antivirus? Yes, but I have disabled it

Have you tried to repair the game in Origin? No

Do you use CC/Mods? If so, have you tried removing them and seeing if that fixes your problem? Yes, I do but I removed them before updating my game.

Sorry that this is not much help, my game is kinda stuck updating.
