the sims 4 university isn't working

I downloaded the sims 4 university on my laptop in march, and it doesn't show up at all, on origin it says I've bought it but when I go into the game it isn't there. I have also read on other things about it that it doesn't work on the legacy addition I have so I want a refund or some way to fix it, thank you
