I go to bed in about one hour and I'm really really really hoping I can wake up to a fixed game and spend all my day exploring Sims 3 again.

@kaiowens22 Oh maybe they don't have 24/7 service? I'm here in Austria and my support was automatically set to the US. So I went with that, but they only told me to wait so I suggest you maybe try the US and see if they can still help you.

I got diagnosed with covid this afternoon, I just wish I get to play the sims 3 while I'm lock in my room from my family!
