@jomiller44 same haha. I was so into this thread that I forgot I had online class today. So I came into the live session 15 min late. When the lecturer said something I blamed it on a bad internet connection haha

@natashakitty They certainly care! But they won't give us an update until they can give us some significant good news, that is reliable and true. I think we need to be patient, and definitely stay calm during this. Like many others have said, it's just a game! This is something to look forward to during these times, and EA is working hard to fix it.

@natashakitty they are working really hard to fix everything. its also hard to update us on here while researching a solution for the problem.

@natashakitty I think they're focusing on trying to tackle the problems first and then they will update us rather than getting our hopes up along the way

@CharmaineAtkins MaxisJoe said yesterday that your issue is caused by the same problem as the issues that people who have the 64 bit version are experiencing. Someone correct me if I misread that but I'm pretty sure that's what he said yesterday. Could be different by now.

I can't get into EA live chat and earlier an advisor said they were going to re-add Sims 3 64 bit it's been over an hour and i went into my origin but now the 64 bit version of the game is completely gone from my game library and i can't go on live chat to get it back. i made things go from bad to worse
