the sims 3 (64-bit & metal) release

Anybody successfully change their resolution? Mine stays at 1024x768 no matter what option I choose

@trianna0007 Are you trying to install them or open the game with them installed? Because I’ve been able to install them just fine. Let me know what they say!

Yeah I just check, unfortunately it’s not. The plus sign just brings up the contact info I need to enter in order for them to call me :/

@technicavivunt I had that issue too, but I left it at the new resolution and quit the game when it restarted it was fixed!

HEY EVERYONE! I have NOT been in contact with EA support at all -- my Origin just jumped up and down at the bottom of my screen. When I clicked on it, TS3 had a green "New" banner over it, so I checked for a CD key, AND THERE IT WAS! It was automatically applied. Is this happening for anyone else?!

hi so i can play the game, but i cant use any of the sims 3 store content, none of it will download, the sims 3 player just breaks

Anyone else having issues with reflections and terrain paint? Reflective surfaces look all wonky and semi-transparent, and when I try and use terrain paint all the pathing on the lot disappears and I can't paint anything
