Also, is everybody struggling with graphic? It won't let me play unless the graphics are at the extreme minimum and the eyelashes look like eyeliner. The hair is super pixelated

Okay, i'm glad i'm not the only one experiencing issues with the game. I can't download store content or any sims3pack content. My game is really laggy no matter how high/low my graphics are, and the game has crashed on me at least twice. Hopefully this is something EA can fix and not something that we have to deal with.

@Babi2410 I can’t even install the things I bought from the Sims 3 exchange!

Argh I still can't launch the game - it's so frustrating! 

The launcher starts, I press play and then get an error message saying 'The Sims 3 Quit Unexpectedly' with ALOT of problem details.

Is anyone having the same issue? I'm using a new 2020 MacBook Pro.
