I got my game to work! I used chat support and said this
I have finally been able to get the Sims 3 64 bit game to download and launch, but I am now getting an error code when I try to play. I was told to ask about re-applying the 64-bit entitlement to my account to see if that would help and I was hoping someone could try doing that.
Pragya did something and I logged out and back on to origin. The game works perfectly!

I checked up on the status of the update but when I go through Origin all I see is my old installed (32-bit) version. I have the core game, Generations, Supernatural, and World Adventures. Are the expansions being updated piecemeal or am I missing something? I registered my game and expansions a long time ago so I know that issn't the issue.
