IT WORKS!!! I'm also from Brazil and did exactly the same thing that you did and it just worked! I didn't have the game showing up on my library and they added it pretty quick.

@TheBirds001 that's strange. I just bought Seasons, Generations and 3 more packs. Everythings is working.
Maybe you're trying to do it with EA subscription access? As far as I understand it works only for PC.

@kulikalova No, my packs are mainly working, I mean I can't download any of my Sims 3 Store content, like Lucky Palms, etc.

I got my game to work! I used chat support and said this

I have finally been able to get the Sims 3 64 bit game to download and launch, but I am now getting an error code when I try to play. I was told to ask about re-applying the 64-bit entitlement to my account to see if that would help and I was hoping someone could try doing that.

Pragya did something and I logged out and back on to origin. The game works perfectly!

I checked up on the status of the update but when I go through Origin all I see is my old installed (32-bit) version.  I have the core game, Generations, Supernatural, and World Adventures.  Are the expansions being updated piecemeal or am I missing something?  I registered my game and expansions a long time ago so I know that issn't the issue.

@newzealandgal12 What resolution are you using to play, my game looks weird in fullscreen and runs really slow at anything above 4000 and I don't know why.
