the sims 3 (64-bit & metal) release

I still don't have the 64-bit version in my library. My Sims 3 has been registered for a while now. I can't get a hold of EA Support. I don't know what to do

Yaaay! Support added the CD key and missing packs except for pets. 

For me it helped putting my country at India for some reason haha!

@LOCALSIMMER_2020 You need to change you’re language, I used India 😉 Tell him/her about this topic and that someone from EA says something about a CD Key.

Bij mij deed ie het, hij downloadde nu alleen na middernacht en luxe accessoires pakket bij mij. Heb even snel een Sim gemaakt en een huis gemaakt en toen gaan slapen haha

@MaxisJoe So the sims 3 IS working on my mac now so thats a start the only thing is that I can't install anything from the downloads tab and when I do it begins to install as usual and then it says "critical system failure" and im not sure if its just another bug or its only me. Any way to help?

Finally got connected with EA support (using the suggestion for India). And It works!!! So excited to start my weekend off with a sims 3 play!!
