@Ali-cupcake-love some people just don't want to help. i made sure to mention that some players had gotten their CD keys after asking for it when I contacted support. Idk if that actually helped but in the end I did get my CD key so maybe it did work

@Versacehottie03 Yeah, it's extremely pixelated for some reason. I think a patch should be able to fix it though.

If the new version hasn't even shown up in my library yet will they be able to help me? Because I keep saying it has not shown up yet and they just say to wait :/

How do you uninstall sims 3 off origin I’m still getting error 327682:0 when trying to install,  and there’s no option to uninstall even under the little cog settings tool

There’s no sims 3 folder, am I meant to grab my old disk and redownload it onto my Mac? Is that where I’ve gone wrong lol I thought like sims 4, sims 3 was showing up in my origin library so I didn’t need to use the disk to install it onto the computer as I’ve added to my origin library already? Maybe I’ve made a mistake correct me if I have
