the sims 3 (64-bit & metal) release

@terrasoleil also my sims 3 files in my downloads folder are just a blank white sheet, not a sims 3 plumbob. they won't open when i double click them :/ i tried installing them via the launcher but i just get the critical system error. i also tried repairing the base game to no avail.

@iJustin102 I've just re-started but still having the same issue - I've tried a few of the aspect ratios but no luck!

same problem i'm having - as well as the neighboring lots not rendering as if i'm playing on a 2008 CPU lol

@terrasoleil does anyone not have the sims 3 application in their applications folder in finder? i literally cannot for the life of me find any of my applications. i even clicked "show in finder" for the base game application, but only blue files came up and no classic plumbbob thumbnails.

@terrasoleil also in the launcher under "game updates", does everyone else's say "can't find the server"?
