YES! I finally got help after speaking with 3 different people and I copied and pasted that whole description and he added the CD Keys and now I can finally play. Just have to find the right person to help you.

@simplyluke__ I contacted support about 30 minutes ago cause I still didn't have the game either but they kindly enough put the game and all expansions on my account and it included the CD key code so now I'm downloading it and soon it's simming time!

Follow this link and start a case, when it asks how you want to contact EA, select the option for the chat. I was 15th in line and they still got to me in just a few minutes. I did it only like an hour ago, if even that.

I was able to contact support! I waited in a virtual line and he (simran) was able to give me the CD key and now I’m happily simming!

I don't know why but the chat option is not appearing to me anymore, I contacted them a few hours ago via chat and right now the option has disappeared. Is anyone having this problem too?

Me, being an eager beaver, chatted support as I haven't seen any entitlements yet. They informed me that the "granting system is down" and could not do anything. Anyone else seeing this reply? Should I chat again?
