I managed to get someone, they didn’t help and said they were aware of the issue but I didn’t need a CD key, well clearly I do if I can’t get the game to work but okay. Now all the live chats are gone

@MaxisJoe My Sims 3 Icon is greyed out how do I fix that? I saw a fix for it earlier but I cannot scroll through all the pages to find the solution hahaha!

@jaeyongchan17 At first I was jealous that you got a free pack... then I checked my Origin and apparently I was given the same pack and didn't realize!!

(To anyone who has downloaded the game) Is custom content working for you? I'm trying to install custom content in the launcher, but when I press the button, it doesn't do anything.

@iJustin102 i have and still no luck ive been trying all day and whoever ive spoke to hasn't known what im talking about or hasn't been able to help. ive tried all the troubleshooting methods but it's still not showing up in my library.

of course im waiting but i keep seeing people contacting ea and having an advisor add it for them haha

@bpnovak7 Omg and I bought the stuff pack earlier to try something which ended up not working, because the fix for the downloads wasn't out yet
