@jess_sarah_91 No you should have a separate version that's called "The Sims 3 (64Bit & Metal)" that's the one you want to download. If you don't have it I suggest you contact Support.

@mellypoo02 I googled EA live chat and it takes me to a contact page where I selected sims 3 and went through technical support, then connectivity and then from there it tells me to select a contact option but when I click it, it gets stuck loading. I'm from the U.S.

@iJustin102 😭 I thought so. I’m double checking the minimum requirements but by the look of it they’ve updated it too much and my metal Mac doesn’t have the right graphics card to run the game?
I don’t know. I don’t have time to sit on the EA line, hopefully later today I can try and talk to someone.
