Correct. No CDKey in the 64-bit The Sims 3 pane means you are currently not able to play.

AHHH IT'S WORKING!!!! I asked a EA advisor to add my CD entry key and he/she did it so it's working for me right now!! I'm so happy!!!

@LOCALSIMMER_2020 It worked! I contacted EA with the chat and he gave me cd key files and now it shows in my game libary.

— The Sims 3 also downloaded my expansions.
