@sarahbevan Yeah for some reason I'm not seeing 64bit at all, just what you saw in the screenshot, hopefully its sorted though or may have to contact them about not seeing the 64bit update, just going have to see what's what after the update!

@Livia105 That is very strange! I guess the bigger the contact centre the more likely people are to know about the issue and how to fix it? Usually the fixes come from a member of staff clicking random buttons til things work and then telling their co-workers haha.

So is the game working now if you reach out to the support chat and the take off the 64 Bit Sims 3 and then put it back on?
