@gbrielmoravia You can contact EA support, they may or may not be able to help you depending on the rep's experience. You could try talking to a couple different people there if the first person can't help you.

@gbrielmoravia You guys are the lucky ones lol, just contact EA support and they'll put it in your library. Those copies seem to be the only ones working!

I'm quite confused. How come some of you get the new Sims 3 64-bit & metal release through support and most of us not? I've spoken to 2 agents and both told me there is no such thing as manually adding someone.
