Hi guys - I know it has been hard to be patient and everything but everything will work out! I just spoke with an EA Help representative and they helped me install the newer version (since I didn't have it) and it loaded up and I started playing! The only minor problem is that when i fast forward it freezes for a second. 

Don't worry! It'll all work out.
