@krysii103 You can contact EA help, I did but they just said we have to wait for it to show up in our game library, no way for us to manually speed up the process unfortunately

@krysii103 try making sure your game is registered in origin and on the sims 3 website. if it’s registered you might have to wait a few hours to see if it will pop up. if it’s not registered, make sure you do register them (it will still take time to show up on your origin game library).

This is the screen I have now, for anyone wondering. I can't open the game from origin and when I try through the app it just closes after I press play on the launcher. Hopefully the game finishes 'finalizing' and we can play soon but I guess these errors aren't a surprise.
