Is there an update on the Sims 3 being playable on Catalina for Mac?

Haha wasn't it like October 21st last year or something EA officially announced Sims 3 would get 64 bit support, so now it's just a couple of days until this post's first year anniversary ^^

It would be awesome if the update also made so the game used more than 2 GB of ram. Or if there was a way to specify the amount you want to use.

i agree. i feel like ive wasted my money too. i really love that game and feel punished that it wont work on my new computer and wont work on the original device i had it on. hundreds of dollars wasted. sims 4 isn't  as awesome as sims3 due to lack of open worlds. plus the nostalgia.
