the gallery keeps saying im offline when im not

when i go to the gallery it keeps saying Im offline.

when i hit connect it wont.

But I AM connected, my internet is fine, origins in online and when i needed to be sent to a external browsers it took me just cant go on the gallery. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggggggg
