@puzzlezaddict I did everything for the critical system error and it still isn't working. When should I delete my cache? Before or after I open the launcher? I was doing it before but the one time I tried doing it after the whole thing froze and I had to force quit.

@Padmefan2017  Delete the cache files when the launcher is closed.  If you still can't install custom content, even into a new Sims 3 folder, please send me a private message with a link to something you're trying to install, so I can test it myself.
