my sims 4 isn't working. I realized this when I was about to open the game but it told me I had played for zero hours even though I've been playing for almost a year so I tried to open it but I couldn't I have now tried safe booting, clearing cache, and reinstalling please help😩😣😖

@AnabyTribe2646Are you sure you uninstalled and reinstalled the game properly? Please check this post for more details:
The first thing to try is moving your TS4 folder in Documents (not just pieces, the entire thing) to the desktop. Then try to launch the game again. This will generate a new folder with no content. If you can play for a bit, you can start moving content from your old folder into the new one, a bit at a time.
If this doesn't help, or you don't have a TS4 folder in Documents anymore, you can try running the Origin reset tool for macs.

You might need to uninstall and reinstall Origin completely, which is a bit more complicated than uninstalling TS4.
