I am having major issues with my sims medieval games.
When I first tried to open it, the main window would always be transparent and the buttons wouldn't work.
When I tried to update it using origin, it seemed to load all the way and then said "There was a problem while updating your game. One or more files that requires an update may be in use. If the issue persists please restart your computer and resume the update." I have restarted several times now, and tried updating with every other application on my computer closed, by nothing works.
In addition, when I attempt to uninstall the game, nothing happens.When I try to "repair" the game. I get the same error message as above.
I have a mac computer, operating system fully updated and definitely enough space to download the update.
Any help would be much appreciated!
