sims game glitching

hi, hope you are all well.

i just purchased a bundle pack including discover university, parenthood and laundry day. i have not played the game for approximately a month or two and have today been exploring all my new cas and build and buy etc, with my main family. i then started gameplay and have come across some glitches and am unclear as of how to fix them. if you could help me out that would be great i do have some mods in my game but i updated most of them before i played. i have attached images for reference of the two issues i have noticed.

There are issues with posting images at the moment on this site. Can you describe what the problems are? You must move out your Mods folder and trash the localthumbcache.package file and then test to see if the issues still occur. The issue may be mod related.
