sims for MacBook Air 2018

I currently own the MacBook Air 2018. I have not purchased any of the Sims programs yet. I have played it before, but only on friends devices. I will post my specifications below, but would any Sims work on my laptop without slowing it down too much? I am not much into gaming but would really like to own Sims finally in some form or another.

Don't worry, the questions are related to troubleshooting

You should be able to play the base game ok and add in a few packs although your in-game graphics settings might need to be on the medium to low side to minimise lag. MacBook Airs are great computers but don't have optimal graphics or very powerful processors as they are not designed for gaming.

If you buy Sims 4 and it's not how you expected you can apply for a refund under the Origin games guarantee - https://www.origin.com/gbr/en-us/store/great-game-guarantee this doesn't apply to add on packs though.

@darykween Yes! I use the exact same MacBook Air and it runs very smoothly.
Fun fact for you as well, the processor speed can go up to 3.6GHz when you're doing certain activities because of a neat feature called "Turbo Boost".
