sims 4 won't launch

My sims 4 game isn't launching. When staring up the game on origin it shows that sims 4 is starting but then crashes and goes back to the origin screen. I've tried deleting origin and reinstalling it, downloading the restart origin tool, uninstalling the sims, repairing the game and even remaining my sims file and starting a new folder. When renaming my sims file and making another sims 4 folder it was working fine till I copied my saved games, mods and tray files and brought them to the new folder. Then everything started happening. I'm on mac and I've tried doing everything EA support has told me but nothing works.
