sims 4 lighting looks weird

so I downloaded a bundle pack of dine out, romantic garden, and movie hangout and I went to work on a build and the lighting looks so weird, lights are responding the same way when theyre placed and the colors look really off. could it be because of the bundle I downloaded? I repaired the game and restarted the game and my laptop. help??

sorry, I meant to say that the lights aren't responding the same way. also I have some cc but they've been fine for months
