sims 4 difficulties :( origin won't let my game launch .

hiya ,

so i bought the game in december and have been playing it since however last week when i went on origin , it said that i needed to reinstall it so i pressed download and it said download in queue , and then when i quit origin and come bak on it ,it then says that its paused n 0% , however it doesn't give me an option to unpause it !!! and its very frustrating .

anyone had the same problem ??? please advise thanks .

Clear Origin's cache, then Run Origin as administrator.
Please then come back and tell me if it works or not

I've cleared my cache although how do i run origin as an administrator ?

yes but I'm using a mac and the link for running as an administrator is for windows .is there any way to do it for a mac ?thank you
