sims 4 crashes immediately in live mode

Recently, I have been having issues with the sims 4. The game seems to run smoothly until I put the game into live mode. Then, the game immediately crashes. I have tried deleting mods, deleting sims that are not in the world, removing custom content, turning off in-game Origin use, stopping background applications, and lowering the graphics settings.

Here Are My Specs:

macOS High Sierra (version 10.13.3)

iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011)

Processor - 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory - 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Startup Disk - Macintosh HD

Graphics - AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512

also-- I have about 100 GB of storage left and a backup hard drive with 2 T

*in the game I do have mods; however, they have never been a problem

Please move your Mods folder out onto your desktop then launch the game again and try live mode - does it crash?

The game crashes anytime that I am in willow creek. To fix this, I just moved my sims into a different world. I still dont know the issue with Willow Creek. I tried having no mods and the problem persisted.

If you move your whole Sims 4 folder to the desktop and launch the game so it has no previous user data loaded, does it work as it should?

Never mind. It started crashing again

So even if you play a completely brand new, clean game with none of your previous data it is still crashing just in Willow Creek?
