sims 4 cc will appear on start up menu but not in cas

I'm using legacy edition on a Mac. I have 900+ hours and I've never had this problem before. I've separated my cc into two main folders: old cc and new cc. I've already backed up all my saves, mods, and tray. I've tried adding only the new cc that I've downloaded only yesterday into the mods folder and then starting up the game. At start up, all the cc is there but when i go to CAS there is no cc. All the old cc works fine so I left that folder alone to focus on the folder with all the new content that I've downloaded from simsdom and the sims resource. The only thing that shows up is one that and that would be simpliciaty's JENNIE hair.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, creating a new resource file, creating a new Electronic Arts folder and labeling the other as "Electronic Arts OLD", I've tried repairing, I've updated it. I took everything out of their folders and into the mods folder. Ive tried googling and youtubing and doing everything but i can't get the new cc to appear and I've been trying to figure this out for two days. Please help me out. I appreciate any help!

It looks like it's all stored in your iCloud Drive and not locally on your Mac. Is your internal storage full? https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Saves-CC-Mods-or-Library-items-disappeared...

I tried this step by step and the cc still refuses to appear.

Ok. What's in the new folder?

The cc is clothing downloaded from simsdom and the sims resource.

Thanks. And it's all compatible with the Legacy Edition of the game? Because just looking up the Chanel suit I can see that it was uploaded to their Patreon in August 2020. Legacy Edition has had no updates since November 2019 which means that if it requires a later patch version, it won't show in game.

Ahh I see, it has to be compatible with the legacy edition? That's unfortunate  And the only way to fix this would be to get a new computer or something of the sort if apple doesn't support this mac anymore?
