Hi, this is my first post so apologies if this is in the wrong place.
so, i installed the sims 4 through origin along with a bunch of other expansion packs, stuff packs and game packs and it all worked fine and ran with no issues except having to run it with the legacy edition. After playing for a bit and running smoothly i decided to get the sims 4 cats and dogs, i bought and installed it through origin like the others with no problem, when i tried to run it this popped up
Hardware does not support running The Sims 4.
[89306149:bc6bb669:00000086:00000000]
and wouldn't start up, i can still run the sims 4 base game and other add ons if i start up the game with the base game rather than through the cats and dogs starter.
is there anything i can do? i assume it's to do with my mac specs? so i'll add those just in case but everything else appears to run fine, i spent a lot of money and it's my favourite expansion so id love to be able to actually play it.
