sims 4 and origin

I want to download The Sims 4 in my MacBook which I used to play using my PC. Origin said that I need to buy game for Mac and when I clicked on it, it says that that I already have one in my library. I followed the instructions from EA's page on how to change platform from PC to Mac but when I clicked on redeem code, it said that my code had been used. Do need help cuz I can't download my game.

You must be logged into the same Origin account you originally purchased the game through. Did you buy the game outright or play it through Origin Access on your Windows machine?

I use the same origin account and I play it through the origin access on my windows.
