sims 3 expansion packs missing

Hello, So I am currently trying to download my sims 3 game that I have purchased a couple years ago onto my dads Apple Mac book. Our other bigger PC has quit working so I decided to download it onto here. I get the whole base Sims 3 game downloaded and installed where i can get onto the "main menu". Well when i try to also add my expansion packs, it says that the code has already been redeemed but, this is the same origin account that i used on the other computer. Shouldnt my expansion packs still be on origin since the base game was on there???? Someone please help!!

Were the packs bought or registered using a different Origin ID?

Please also note that there are additional steps one must take when installing Sims 3 onto an Apple computer.
