sim builds and sims missing [ Edited ]

I just turned on my sims 4 for the first time since July and all my custom builds and sims are missing the only one available is the first sim I made in March. Is there any way to recover my lost work?

Your user data will be in the Sims 4 folder which by default is in Documents > Electronic Arts. Check your iCloud settings, maybe some of your files have been moved - https://bluebellflora.com/2017/02/06/sims-3-and-sims-4-not-loading-save-games/
