shift click not working on my sim

Hi, I'm running Sims 4 on Origin and I'm having a problem with shift click cheat to disable needs. It is not working on the sim that I am playing. I can use it on other sims around me and it will work but it won't on mine. Please can someone help me out!

I have already entered testingcheats true

Try repairing the game in Origin and see if that helps.

Ok. When you say it's not working, are you not getting the correct pie menu? Are you not getting a menu at all? Could you post a screenshot?
