progress of download ts4 [ Edited ]

I've saw a few subjects about my issue but none helped, I cant see the progress of my downloads in ts4 (expansions, stuff packs, and etc.) which is annoying. I'm playing on a mac which I don't know if that makes a difference but I've tried the CTRL+1 and Command+1 but literally, nothing comes up about the progress of the download.

The Download Manager shows up if you click on your profile in the bottom left corner of Origin. If there is nothing there they are not downloading.

If you're running the beta/technical preview of Origin there is a bug at the moment and packs aren't downloading. Opt out in the application settings and restart Origin then it will start downloading.
