pc game codes on mac

Hello,

Kinda a silly question but: If i buy a game pack in digital download form on sale from say amazon/target/gamestop & they all say ( "pc downloads" in the title....even when searching sims 4 mac ....pc downloads come up some with mac tech specs in the description) if i put the game codes in origin in my mac will it work? Digital downloads are non-refundable & i don't want to waste my money if I can't play the game. Basically im asking are origin game codes operating system locked?

All Sims 4 games sold via codes in Amazon, Game, Target and similar retail stores are compatible with both Windows and macOS. Just register the code in your Origin account and you'll be able to download and install the packs on your Mac
