origin error

i just bought a external drive and tried downloading the sims on it but every time i try downloading the game a error pops up. says “ origin is not able to download The sims 4 to and it just says my drive and sims 4/client/clientDentabuild5. package

Could you post a screenshot showing the error message? What Sims files show in the external drive in Finder?
