My Sims 4 was purchased on November 30th and downloaded onto my Mac. However, it has since disappeared from my Origin account. It doesn't show up in My Games, and I do not have any other accounts or logins. When I try to launch the game on its own, the logo momentarily shows up on my sidebar before disappearing.

Do you have all games and all platforms showing in the drop down in Origin:

Do you have another account @mllavender? I don't see any games linked to the account you're currently using. You would need to log into the correct EA ID in order to see your games. You'll find more information and advice about your EA ID here.
