not working since update

I recently updated my SIMS 4 game and am able to launch the game and create a sim, but once the time comes to choose a world for them to live it, it is just a white screen. I am not able to click anything or see anything except the words "choose a world to live in"

Right click on the game in Origin and select Repair Game.
