my sims 4 doesn't show up in origin anymore.

a few weeks ago I deleted origin of my laptop and today I reinstalled it but it doesn't show in my library anymore. 

I contacted ea and the told me to reset origin, so that's what I did but it still won't work.

keep in mind I have already played for more than 70 hours and more than one expansion pack.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you definitely logged in using the same Origin/EA account you purchased/registered the game in?

Set Mac as the filter (top right corner) in your Origin Games Library.

yes it is the same account i bought it onn because if i look on the site it still shows the sims for but when i click on play in origin it tells me that i need a code.

I just did a search for your username in Origin and it's showing that the only game we have in common is the CAS demo, no Sims 4. Where is it showing on the website that you own the game?

I do have it though, on this account because I also have the purchase confirmation on the email account linked to it.
