my packs are not working

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? 1.88.228.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? island living, get famous, 4seasons, city living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't know, it happend suddenly that my packs that i bought and installed are not working.
What happens when the bug occurs? all my purchased packs are not working anymore
What do you expect to see? i want my packs to work again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

so i purchased Island living, 4 seasons and city living but now when i want to play they don't come up anymore it's like i never purchased them, but when i look at the main menu i see that i owen them but still when i play i don't have them. please can you help me i want them back

Is there a folder called The Sims 4 Packs in the same location as your base game?
